DentistSerbia.com is a specialist online portal for patients living abroad who want to find, compare and contact dental clinics in Belgrade.

Our aim is to make it easier for patients to conduct their initial research, compare available options and establish direct communication with dentists before travelling to Serbia.

How DentistSerbia.com Began

We have been connecting patients living abroad with dental clinics in Belgrade since 2014. We have operated successfully and continuously as a registered business since 30 June 2016.

For more than a decade, we have worked with numerous dental clinics and communicated with patients before, during and after their treatment.

The portal was created so that patients could view clinics, dentists, available treatments and starting prices in one place and then request several personalised quotes before making a decision.

Founder of the Portal

DentistSerbia.com was founded by Marko Cvijić, who owns the portal and coordinates communication with patients and dental clinics, the publication of clinic profiles and the updating of website information.

How We Help Patients

DentistSerbia.com helps patients living abroad find a suitable dentist in Belgrade more easily and compare available treatment options.

Through the portal, patients can:

• view profiles of selected dental clinics;
• compare dentists, treatments, materials and starting prices;
• send an enquiry to one or more clinics;
• submit dental X-rays and other relevant information;
• receive personalised treatment plans and quotes;
• communicate directly with dentists or clinic representatives;
• compare the number of visits required, expected treatment duration and additional services.

Submitting an enquiry and comparing quotes through DentistSerbia.com is free of charge and places patients under no obligation.

How the Enquiry Process Works

When a patient sends an enquiry, we forward it to the dental clinics selected by the patient or to clinics that can provide the requested treatment.

We inform the patient which clinics will contact them. Dentists or clinic representatives then send their proposed treatment options, treatment plans and quotes directly to the patient.

Patients are under no obligation to accept any quote. They always make the final choice of clinic themselves after comparing the available information and speaking with the dentists.

How We Select Dental Clinics

When featuring dental clinics, we consider the experience of their dentists, communication with patients, available information about equipment, treatments and materials, clinic location and the experiences shared with us by patients.

Throughout our cooperation, we monitor how clinics communicate with patients and take specific, substantiated patient complaints seriously.

Accuracy of Prices and Information

Information about dental clinics, dentists, treatments and prices is provided by the clinics we work with.

When a clinic informs us of changes to its price list or other details, we update the information on the website as quickly as possible.

Prices shown on the website may be starting prices or estimates. The final cost depends on the patient’s dental condition, required procedures, selected materials and the personalised treatment plan prepared by the dentist.

Commercial Partnerships

Some dental clinic profiles are published as part of commercial partnerships with DentistSerbia.com.

If a patient receives treatment at a partner clinic, DentistSerbia.com may receive an agreed commission from the clinic. Patients are not charged a fee for submitting enquiries or comparing quotes through the portal.

A commercial partnership does not guarantee treatment results or mean that one dental clinic is clinically better than another.

We Are Not a Dental Clinic

DentistSerbia.com is not a dental clinic. We do not carry out examinations, make diagnoses or prescribe treatment.

The medical assessment, treatment plan, choice of appropriate procedures and final quote are provided by a dentist after examining the patient or reviewing the submitted medical documentation and dental X-rays.

Information published on the portal is intended for initial research and comparison. It cannot replace an examination, diagnosis or personalised advice from a qualified dentist.
