This was my second trip to Belgrade for dental care treatment. I had gone to another big clinic before but had heard many good things about Crown Dental Clinic and I was not disappointed. Easily one of the best dental experiences I have ever had. Professional, caring, collegial, and expertly done. I had a good deal of work over 4 days and there was no language barrier, they explained everything thoroughly, and from the doctors on down to the laser treatment aids all worked to make sure I got what I needed and wanted. My first appointment for prep work and cleaning went perfectly and so did the teeth whitening. The day of my placement of crowns was a nightmare. The teeth came back from the lab ill fitting so they had to be sent back. I waited for 2 hours instead of the 30 minutes they said it would take. Then had to be sent back again another wait.
I was very nervous. I don’t usually like dentist experiences-at all. They were so comforting and nice they even made me laugh. The music was beautiful and relaxing, so along with my root canal and new crown, I have a recording artist to enjoy when I get back home. Thank you for making my dental experience a better one than I would have had if I had gone any where else!
